  • Can I come visit the venue anytime or do I need an appointment? We do require an appointment to take a tour of our venue. To schedule a tour, please inquire by filling out this form CLICK HERE

  • What is the capacity of the Venue Hall? You can seat 100 guests at banquet tables in our Venue Hall. Besides receptions, the Hall is great for rainy days, ceremonies, cocktail hour, and dancing.

  • Are we required to book a wedding planner/day of coordinator for our wedding? No, but we highly suggest it. 

  • Can I choose my own vendors or do you have a preferred list of vendors we choose from? You can choose any vendors you’d like, we do not have a preferred vendor list but we do have a list of suggestions to help you get started in your vendor search.

  • Do you cater events? No, but we have a list of vendors we’ve worked with that have done a great service.

  • Are we allowed to bring in our own alcohol? No, we do not allow you to provide your own alcohol. Greenlands Farm maintains an ABC permit therefore ALL alcoholic beverages must be handled and served exclusively by Greenlands Farm’s bar staff.

  • When can I setup for my event? One of the best perks we offer is your booking includes the entire day before your event for set up!

  • Do you provide linens or decor? We do not have items to decorate with, we do have a list of vendors who have some beautiful options for you.

  • Are pets allowed on the farm? No, they are not for the safety of our farm animals.

  • When can I get into the bridal get-ready room? The room is available at 10.30am on the day of the event. All personal items must be removed from the room at the end of the ceremony, before the reception begins. 

  • Are guests allowed in the bridal get-ready room? Wedding guests are not allowed in the farmhouse under any circumstances. Please do not invite people to the get-ready room who are not a part of the bridal party (bridesmaids, mother of the bride, seamstress, hair and makeup). There will be no access to the farmhouse during the dress rehearsal for any one. 

  • Am I allowed to bring food and drinks into the bridal get-ready room? Absolutely, we allow you to bring in any food and drinks. You can bring your own alcohol (no liquor) or arrange for Greenlands Farm to supply alcoholic and/or non-alcoholic drinks. Alcohol cannot leave the room under any circumstance. What you bring in, stays in. Please remember to bring everything you will need. For example cups, ice, plates, flatware, napkins, water, coolers etc.

  • Is farm smoker friendly? We are! Although there is no smoking on the farm, we do provide a smoking area upon request.

  • We love Greenlands Farm! What is our next step to book Greenlands Farm as our wedding venue? At the signing of your contract, you have a choice of a $500 to 50% of your subtotal below for your down payment. If you choose $500 at signing, 50% of the contract (-$500 initial deposit) is due 180 days before event. All down payments are non-refundable. Booking and securing your event date is only secured with full payment of down payment and a signed contract. The remaining balance must be paid in full 30 days before the date of the event.
